Secure Self Storage Units in Fairborn

Edited May 2024. We continue to be satisfied with the storage but not with the price increases that seem to happen yearly. Will be looking for a more cost effective storage company I think pretty soon First time in my life I needed a storage unit so I began my search. Looking for something local to my home I began calling the 4 or 5 that were close by. The first two I called were answered by an answering machine. The first one was answered but didn't even give the company name, but I left my name and number and hoped for a call back. The 2nd was answered by an answering machine telling me no one was available there for the rest of the month, told me not to leave a message as no one was checking and referred me to a number for a location in another county. Then I called this location and spoke to Holly. What a breath of fresh air. Polite, professional, nice, informative and understanding. Based on her conduct on the phone my wife and I decided to go visit the location to see what we might need. Upon arrival, very clean, parking is nice out front. The office building is attractive and inviting (even though COVID limits how many can come in) Holly met us at the door, immediately offered to show us the open units and helped us make our decision on which was going to work the best for us. She explained the billing process and the move out system. She showed us how the gate works, and pointed out the fire extinguishers spread throughout the location. This is a proper storage business. It didn't take long for us to decide to use this business and not the others in the area. It is slightly more expensive but the quality of the location, Holly's interaction with us and ease of access tells us it is worth a bit more for all that. You can have a beautiful location but if your employee is a dud, people will travel to other locations. You won't have that issue here. We are comfortable with our decision and suggest you use this business as well. Tell Holly we said hi.

Excellent, secure and clean facilities. Customer service is top-notch. Holly made sure we had the proper sized storage for our needs, swept the unit before we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. Prices are very reasonable.
